Black consumers are projected to spend $1.7 trillion in 2024… let’s do the math… IF Black consumers spent the WHOLE AMOUNT with Black businesses, we would still only receive 12% of the pie.
Shocking… I know!
We also know that there are other apps and mobile solutions working on this issue, and that’s actually good news. Have you ever seen a McDonald’s that didn’t have a competitor nearby? Rarely! So, we are joining the market to add our version of the solution because we are all working toward the same goal - supporting Black business owners to help them generate more revenue and hire more workers.
The Black Seed app will make it easier for consumers to locate and support Black-owned businesses while also creating a network of Black-owned suppliers, vendors, and wholesalers.
